CareerFoundry Student Project - 2022

Applied a user-centered design process and mobile-first approach to design a responsive web app focusing on providing accurate stock information and saving items for later. 

Created User Flows, User Personas, Lo and Mid-fi wireframes, and 15+ high-fidelity screens along with mockups.

• Worked with marketing department on a web team to update 60+ sites in 30+languages in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

• Created content for new product launches and promotions, including landing pages, emails and updating related content

• Worked with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of job

•  Part of a large team involved with the migration of all web content from two older systems (Windows CMS and Clickability) to Drupal

• Lead Design - Typography for English translation of Tanto Cuore (deck building game). Assisted in writing and translating game rules for US localization

• Managed incoming and outgoing shipments (small retail orders to pallet sized wholesale orders)

• Processed orders for domestic and international customers while maintaining a high level of order accuracy 

• Primary contact for customer facing email, managing multiple lines of communication to interact and help customers  with information and resolving issues

• Worked multiple conventions, both domestic and internationally
